Richard McLarney
Founder & President

Richard founded Valley Green Landscaping in 1977, and has since built a reputation for excellence within the green industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and holds a Massachusetts Pesticide Supervisory License. Certified by the Irrigation Association, he has completed multiple short-course certifications through the University of Massachusetts Cooperative Extension Service.
Richard is actively involved in all Valley Green business operations, where he shares his expertise and passion for horticulture with his employees and clients.
Gregory Knight

Greg has been with Valley Green Landscaping for 15 years and counting. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Connecticut, and holds a Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator License. He has an extensive knowledge of all things irrigation, and is well versed in most other landscape practices. Greg is an integral part of our day-to-day operations—and the smiling face our customers look forward to seeing each spring.

Connor has been a critical part of our team since beginning his position with Valley Green Landscaping in 2010. A combination of outstanding work ethic and professionalism out in the field has led Connor to this leadership role. Through the years Connor has gained extensive knowledge in best lawn care practices and irrigation service, as well as being a skilled hardscape technician.
